As the Maryland State Director for the National Strength and Conditioning Association, my first appointment to fill an NSCA Maryland State Advisory Board vacancy is Kelley Crowe, MSED, ATC, CSCS. A dual athletic trainer and certified strength coach, Kelley is an Athletic Trainer for MedStar Sports Medicine and is also the Head Athletic Trainer at Arundel High School in Gambrills, MD. Completing her undergraduate and graduate studies at Boston University and Old Dominion University respectively, Kelley was the athletic trainer for the 2011 state champion varsity football team at Lake Taylor High School in Norfolk, VA.
Kelley has spoken at events in front of athletic trainers, strength coaches, sport coaches, and parents to educate them on the latest research in sports medicine and its practical application on the field. Kelley and I worked together at one of my previous coaching stops and she is my leading authority and referral partner for athletic training for my private clients. We are excited to have Kelley’s expertise on the Board!
