Thanks to NSCA Mid-Atlantic Regional Coordinator Rick Howard for organizing and hosting an outstanding NSCA Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference this past weekend. I learned much from the esteemed speakers and fellow attendees. I am especially grateful and honored for the opportunity to speak and help advance the profession.
