Introduce yourself to my awesome friend Annette Zapp if you are attending the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s Tactical Annual Training happening right now at the Grand Hyatt in San Antonio, TX. Annette is a Lieutenant in the Lisle-Woodridge Fire District in the Chicago area and also runs her own strength and conditioning business focused on training first responders. She is my number one resource for the training of our police officers, fire fighters, and military personnel.
